The ICF Ghana Chapter hosted a landmark Leadership Coaching Seminar at the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) — one of Ghana's most prestigious institutions for management education.
The seminar brought together senior professionals, executives, and academic leaders for an immersive exploration of coaching as a tool for leadership excellence in the Ghanaian context. The Coaches Coffee Connect was one of ICF Ghana Chapter's flagship community-building events — a morning of relaxed conversation, peer connection, and professional learning brought to life in Accra.
The session featured Malcolm Fiellies, PCC — a credentialed Professional Certified Coach — who facilitated candid conversations about the coaching profession, navigating clients, and building a sustainable practice in West Africa.

As part of the global International Coaching Week 2023 celebrations, the ICF Ghana Chapter hosted a special coaching seminar at the prestigious Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) in Accra.
