The ICF Ghana Chapter is the official national chapter of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) — the world's largest organisation of professionally trained coaches, with members in over 140 countries.

We exist to develop Ghana's human potential through transformative coaching. We connect coaches across the country, maintain the highest professional standards, and make credentialed coaching accessible to individuals and organisations who need it most.

Our mission is to generate meaningful connections by providing high-quality professional development options in workshops, webinars, and events. We also aim to provide coaching opportunities to individuals who might otherwise be unable to reap its benefits.

2015

The Chapter is Established

A small but determined group of ICF-certified Ghanaian coaches formally established the ICF Ghana Chapter — bringing Ghana into the ICF's global network of national chapters and creating a home for professional coaching in the country.

First Public Events & Webinars

The Chapter launched its first public-facing events and webinar series — bringing coaching education to Ghanaian professionals for the first time at scale, and attracting coaches from across Accra, Kumasi, and beyond.

Ghana's First MCC Certified Coach

Chapter President Scofray Nana Yaw Yeboah achieved Ghana's first Master Certified Coach (MCC) designation — the highest ICF credential — marking a turning point in the chapter's ambition and setting a new benchmark for coaching excellence in Ghana.

Coaches Coffee Connect & ICW Seminar

The Chapter launched its flagship Coaches Coffee Connect series and hosted an International Coaching Week (ICW) seminar — growing the community significantly and establishing Ghana's coaching scene on the continental map.
