Scofray Nana Yaw Yeboah, affectionately known as Coach Scofray, is a transformational executive coach and President of the ICF Ghana Chapter. He holds the Master Certified Coach (MCC) designation — the highest credential awarded by the ICF globally — alongside credentials as a Certified Professional Corporate Trainer, Professional Certified mBIT Master Coach, and Professional Certified mBIT Trainer.
He is a Fellow of the Institute of Commercial Management, UK, and the lead consultant of Zoweh Global Consult, with nearly two decades of combined experience and over 3,500 coaching hours dedicated to empowering and transforming lives across Africa and beyond.
His approach uniquely blends Ontological Mindfulness, mBIT coaching, and neuroscience to unlock deep, sustainable transformation in executives, teams, and organisations.
