Scofray Nana Yaw Yeboah, affectionately known as Coach Scofray, is a transformational executive coach and President of the ICF Ghana Chapter. He holds the Master Certified Coach (MCC) designation — the highest credential awarded by the ICF globally — alongside credentials as a Certified Professional Corporate Trainer, Professional Certified mBIT Master Coach, and Professional Certified mBIT Trainer.

He is a Fellow of the Institute of Commercial Management, UK, and the lead consultant of Zoweh Global Consult, with nearly two decades of combined experience and over 3,500 coaching hours dedicated to empowering and transforming lives across Africa and beyond.

His approach uniquely blends Ontological Mindfulness, mBIT coaching, and neuroscience to unlock deep, sustainable transformation in executives, teams, and organisations.

An ICF-certified coach with deep executive leadership experience across the African Development Bank, FARA, ICRAF of the CGIAR, and Population Council. Currently coaching individuals and institutions across Africa. I am an ICF-certified coach (since 2022) familiar with the ICF network and with a good working relationship with the continental Chapter Director. I have experience as an executive in the private sector and large multinational organisations including the African Development Bank (AfDB), Forum for Agricultural Research in Africa (FARA), the World Agroforestry Center (ICRAF of the CGIAR), and Population Council, and am currently coaching individuals and institutions across Africa.

I also have extensive senior management and leadership experience in organisational strategy, broad HR and change management, advocacy and policy formulation, and diversity and inclusion.

Passionate about supporting people to create the life they want. I am a Certified Master Coach and a member of ICF, currently working on my ACC credential. I have over 10 years of experience in mentoring students and young professionals. I have a Master's degree in Industrial/Organisational Psychology and have been applying that expertise in my work with various non-profit and private organisations and groups.

I draw on my experience in creative communications to support individuals as they explore new perspectives and confidently create the life they want. My passion for supporting individuals in their personal and professional development is the foundation for my coaching work, both pro-bono and paid.

Pharmacist, banker, counsellor, and coach — currently Head of AMOS at Stanbic Bank Ghana Ltd. Coaches staff, credit union members, and individuals driven by a passion for helping people become the best version of themselves. I am an ICF member currently working on acquiring my ACC credential. I am a pharmacist, marketer, banker, counsellor, and coach. I am currently the Head of Account Maintenance, Origination and Servicing (AMOS), a unit within the operations department of Stanbic Bank Ghana Ltd.

I practised as a Hospital Pharmacist and Professional Sales Representative of foreign pharmaceutical brands before moving into banking in 2005, where I have managed seven branches across the country. My passion for helping people become the best version of themselves led me to qualify professionally in both counselling and coaching. I have coached staff at Stanbic Bank Ghana Ltd, Ghana Cooperative Pharmacists Credit Union, Rockmer Pharma Ltd, and many other individuals.

I am an ICF member with over 30 years of professional experience as a senior executive coach and trainer. I am the Founder and CEO of Focus Life Group and the Centre for Transformational Leadership in Africa (CTL Africa).

I have been a John C. Maxwell Certified Leadership Coach and Motivational Teacher since 2004, and a motivational speaker for corporate executives and professionals. With years of experience as a general counsel and legal adviser for recognised organisations including Ecobank and the Ghana Stock Exchange, I am deeply knowledgeable in board and governance practices — expertise I bring directly to my service as Organising Officer of the ICF Ghana Chapter.

I was trained as a Certified Solution Focused Coach with Erickson Coaching International, France. I am also a Certified Genos Emotional Intelligence Coach and a Certified Leadership and Executive Coach with MCA Training International (South Africa).

I am the Founder and CEO of P&F Coaching International, an international training and coaching company based in Ghana, specialised in Emotional Intelligence training, assessment, and coaching. As Co-founder and Lead Coach at Crescendo Consult Ltd, Doris has designed and delivered talent development interventions for clients in Ghana, the USA, and Europe. She coaches many CEOs and top-level executives across Africa and mentors young professionals and students.

With 22 years of experience spanning Leadership Development, Strategy Consulting, Governance, and Corporate Finance, Doris brings both the professional credibility and the genuine passion for people that makes her an outstanding steward of ICF Ghana Chapter membership. A certified executive coach and corporate trainer with CTL Africa Leadership, Joy also serves as a knowledge management consultant with BCA Leadership — a pan-African leadership development organisation. She is co-founder of Abeyie Innovation Studios and Sherock Women, platforms integrating technology, leadership, and women's economic empowerment.

Joy co-hosts The Leadership Platform, a weekly live webinar on YouTube, and was named Ghana's Female Tech Trailblazer 2025 by Soronko Academy. She is an ICF Ghana Chapter member currently pursuing her ACC credential, and is the author of How to Learn Anything Digital. Her background in telecommunications engineering and training in project management, HR, and serious games makes her uniquely equipped to amplify the chapter's voice across digital and traditional platforms.

Over 20 years of global leadership experience in the international development and humanitarian sector, rising to executive director. Based in Senegal. Esther Lehmann-Sow serves as the ICF Ghana Chapter's Director of Credentials — the ideal role for a coach who has herself walked the full credentialing journey and brings deep expertise in what the ICF expects of its certified practitioners.

A Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and certified Organisational Coach and Systemic Team Coach, Esther brings over two decades of global leadership experience in the international development and humanitarian sector — rising from junior officer to global executive director across organisations spanning multiple continents.

Bilingual in English and French, she specialises in leadership growth, systemic transformation, and building high-performance teams in diverse and dynamic settings. Based in Senegal, Esther brings a genuinely continental perspective to her role, making the ICF Ghana Chapter's credentialing support relevant to coaches across Anglophone and Francophone West Africa alike.

As Director of Credentials, Esther guides chapter members on their ACC, PCC, and MCC pathways — from initial application through mentor coaching, the Coach Knowledge Assessment, and performance evaluation — drawing on her own lived experience of the ICF credentialing process.
